Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy credit points or a reseller panel from us. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Your panel and credits

Credit points are added to your panel on payment. Points do not expire. Points are not a currency and have no cash value outside the panel.

3. Your customers

Your customers are yours. You set your own prices, take payment directly and provide their support. We do not contact them and we do not sell to them.

4. Refunds

Credit points are consumed as soon as a line is created, so used points cannot be refunded. For anything else, contact us before raising a dispute: most problems are solved in minutes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the panel for anything unlawful, and not to resell access in a way that misrepresents what is being supplied.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Maintenance, supplier changes and faults outside our control can cause temporary interruptions.

7. White-label services

Apps and websites we build for you are yours to use for your business. You are responsible for how you market and operate them, and for your own legal obligations in your country.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
