What is an IPTV reseller panel?
An admin panel where you create and manage customer lines yourself. You buy credit points, spend them creating accounts, and charge your customers whatever you decide.
How much does it cost to start?
Our entry package is $100 for 20 credit points, which includes your own panel. There is no monthly fee on top.
What is one credit point?
One point creates one month of service for one device. A 12-month plan on one device costs 12 points. More devices cost more points — the full table is on our pricing page.
Do points expire?
No. They stay in your balance until you use them.
What is your refund policy?
Credits are used the moment you create a line, so used credits cannot be refunded. For anything else, contact us before raising a dispute; most problems are solved in minutes. The full wording is in our terms of service.
Do you give trial credits?
Every package includes free trial lines each day that do not use your credits: 5 a day on Panel Trial, 20 on Starter and unlimited from Growth up. To test us before buying anything, ask for a free walkthrough of the panel on WhatsApp.
Are there geo-restrictions on where I can sell?
Tell us which countries you sell into before you buy and we will tell you honestly how lines perform there. Then test with a free trial line on your buyer's own connection. More on selling by region.
Does it work with IPTV Smarters, TiviMate and IBO Player?
Yes. Every line works through Xtream Codes API or an M3U playlist, so it runs in IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player and most other players. See what each app needs.
Do you promise 100% uptime?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We work to keep the service running at all times, but maintenance and faults outside our control can cause interruptions. When a line needs resetting, message us and we fix it fast.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. We do not set or restrict what you charge. The difference between your cost per point and your retail price is your profit.
How quickly can I start?
Usually the same day. Once payment clears we create your panel and send the login.
Can I create my own resellers?
Yes, from the Super Partner tier. Sub-partners get their own panel and balance, work under your brand, and you set their rate.
Can I sell under my own name?
Yes. We build white-label Android apps and complete websites so your customers only ever see your brand.
What payment methods do you take?
Message us on WhatsApp for current options. Crypto is widely used in this market and is usually the fastest to clear.
What happens if a line stops working?
Message us. Lines occasionally need resetting, and we would rather fix it quickly than have your customer lose patience with you.
Do you support my customers directly?
No, and that is deliberate. Your customers are yours. You keep the relationship, the brand and the renewal. We support you.
Can I transfer points to another panel?
Ask us first. It depends on the tier and the circumstances, so it is better to check before you buy than assume.
How do free trial lines help me sell?
Yes. Each tier includes a daily trial allowance so you can let a buyer test before paying. Trials are the single most effective way to close this sale.
