Reading the table: a 12-month plan on 2 devices uses 22 credits, not 24. The longer and wider the plan, the better your rate, which is why an annual customer is worth more to you than a monthly one.

Which credit pack should I start with?
The one you expect to use in the next month or two. If you have no customers yet, the Panel Trial package (20 credits for $100) gets you a working panel at the smallest commitment. If you already have buyers waiting, Growth at $900 is where the per-credit rate drops to $3.60 and trials become unlimited.
Why is the Panel Trial package dearer per credit?
It is the entry rate, $5.00 a credit, and every other discount on this page is measured against it. It exists so you can open a panel and test the business without committing hundreds of dollars.
Can I top up later with a different pack?
Yes. Buy any pack whenever you need more and the new credits are added to the same balance. Credits you already hold never expire, so there is no reason to buy more than you need.
What payment methods do you take?

Are credits refundable?
